What good looks like here

We are building specialists, not task-takers.

AI will change how many routine tasks are done. The people who become more valuable are the ones who know what to automate, what to check, and when judgement matters more than speed.

01

Know your craft

Finance, support, development, design, marketing or operations expertise comes first.

02

Use AI deliberately

Use AI to research, draft, analyse and accelerate — but understand its limits and verify the output.

03

Own the outcome

Good remote work is not about being online. It is about keeping the work moving and making the next step clear.

04

Build context over time

Longer client relationships reward people who learn the business instead of restarting from zero every few weeks.

Specialisms

Choose the work you are strongest at.

Open roles change over time. Apply to the specialist area that best reflects your real experience and we can match that against current or upcoming client requirements.

Selecting a specialism will take you to the application form and preselect it where possible.

Questions

Questions from applicants

Clear answers before you decide whether the model fits.

Do I need previous virtual assistant experience?+
No. We care more about the specialist skill the role needs, your ability to work reliably remotely, and how you communicate and take ownership.
Do I need to know how to use AI tools?+
You do not need to be an AI engineer. We do expect modern specialists to be willing to use AI responsibly, verify outputs and understand when a task should remain human-owned.
Where do I need to be based?+
Hiring locations depend on the role and operational requirements. Reliable connectivity, time-zone overlap and the legal ability to work where you live are important.
Are roles full time?+
Many roles are full time, while some client requirements may begin with a smaller schedule. Hours and expectations should be clear before you accept a role.
Will I know which client I am working with?+
Our model is built around named client relationships. Where a client interview is part of the process, you will have the opportunity to understand the environment before the match is final.
